I agree sir. Very important na mahanap mo yung industry na para sayo para kahit papaano you will experience less burnout. But unfortunately on my case hindi ko nahanap yung industry for me. I've been with BPO for 18 years but I felt like na napipilitan lang ako dahil I need work for my 2 kids. I am well compensated BUT not fully motivated.
