@@Amp_dGaming Urza states only until end of turn can those exile spells be cast lol. Also why didn't he play the flooded strand as his land for turn?

@voidprism_studios666 yes, the Sceptor was exiled in the same turn he played it.
The Orrery gives your spells flash, but doesn’t allow you to play lands.
