Had exactly the same issue. Took the lance apart as you suggested and found a small piece of grit stuck in the nozzle. Saved the cost of a new one, thank you!

That was spot on thanks. I had actually ordered a new lance but it was held up with the Corona issue. So I tried what you did and sure enough there was a tiny grain of something stuck in the nozzle, On clearing the lance was back to working perfectly. Many thanks you saved me about £40. Great!

Just wanted to say thank you very much, was pulling my hair out for 4 hours trying to fix my pressure washer and it turned out to be a small bit of glass stuck in my nozzle! It was even causing my pressure washer to turn itself on and off whilst my trigger was constantly pulled.

Thanks for the post! After I remove the small grain of sand clogging the hole, I realized that I didn't have to take the whole nozzle apart as I could have cleared that grain with a pin from the front. But if you are going to take it apart, use a T10 screwdriver. And while you are in there, if you apply a bit of silicone lubricant grease (the stuff for faucets) to the rubber o-ring around that white plastic piece, you'll find that the adjustment is a bit smoother.

Look inside the reservoir. The hose curls up out of liquid inside. Put a heavy weight on the tip to hold it down.

Possibly the line from the soap dispenser jug is plugged or disconnected

I didn’t find a glass thing but there was a very small piece of debris . I think the glass thing was just a form of contamination in the water or through the air intake. The bottom line is that the jet gets clogged and has to be opened

Thanks for this tip. So even the SMALLEST piece of debris makes the Vario Power nozzel malfunction? Piece of cheap junk if you ask me Karcher.....

mine works great since making this video.....not any piece of debris.....what ever Karcher is putting in these is what causes it to stop working
