I honestly can’t wait for Bellingham to play a bit deeper. As incredible as he is at the tip of the diamond, I honestly think it’s a waste. It wastes his ball carrying and powerful dribbling from deep areas. It wastes his technical ability as a passer. It wasted his defensive acumen. Bellingham has always been somewhere between a 6 an 8 and a 10 so playing him at LCM and giving him the freedom to drop in, bomb on, or stay in midfield is the best way to use him. Frightening team but god it’s exciting

This is exactly what pains me when I see everyone on the England discussion saying you HAVE to play Bellingham as the 10 and leave out Foden and Maddison. As good as he's been in the 10, his ability to drive the ball is so much better than anyone else in the England squad, compared to the differences in ability as a 10 between him and the other two I mentioned.

The Diamond Formation is definitely the one going forward. I don’t think people watch us enough or they would know that Rodrygo likes to switch to left to often despite him starting of on the right. You can easily see that on his heat map but thats not even the main problem he is to inconsistent to have a starting position on lock. Yes I understand he is not playing in his natural position but he never will at Madrid because of Vini. So many people are making line ups without camavinga or Kroos(if he extends) to accommodate a player that is to inconsistent. The Diamond Formation with Mbappe Vini and Jude behind them is the only way going forward. If their is a manager in world football that can make that formation work its Ancelotti.

Let's not forget that Mbappe often played on the right wing for Monaco, and was an absolute beast there. That's another option. I dont know if youd want to play a 4 at the back with These incoming players.... what if you have Davies and Carvajal/Valverde as wide midfielders, a Front free of Vinicius and Rodrygo playing as "wide forwards" and with Mbappe ahead of them?
Tchouameni and Bellingham could run the engine like Palacios and Xhaka Do at Leverkusen and a proper back three could help them with possible counter threats. If you have so much attacking output, you need some Balance or you might just play like Girona. "If the opponents score 3, we just gotta score 5" is actually a valid way of thinking, but I dont know if that works for everyone.

As a French, I watch Mbappé play every week and to me he has to play on the left side. He has so much more impact on the game in this position than in a central position. He’s not a central striker like Haaland is, he has the abilities to create much more but also to be lethal and so I'm not really sure that Vinicius and Mbappé can play together to their full potential, one is bound to be disadvantaged compared to the other.

I think real Madrid should go with a 3-2-3-2 formation with touchameni & camavinga at the bottom, jude, Valverde & arda at the center, vini and mbappe at the top , besides signing alphonso if we sign a very able pure defender with good aerial and defensive capablities its very useful, we can replace vini and kylian with endrick and rodrygo if needed , in midfield we can have diaz , nico and ceballos from bench...

Great video, well I think Tchouameni will be playing centre back next season. He gives the team build up advantage given the fact Kroos will play less games. Rudiger and Militao are not good on the ball. We need a good passer for build up purposes. Another twist is that King Carlo is trying to unlock Vini to more of a Ronaldinho and Kaka. I see him playing a number 10/false 9 role for the upcoming season in certain games like he played against City and Bayern. He will do more damage inside. With Modric leaving, Mbappe will play LW or 9 and Rodrigo LW or RW. Belligham will take Kroos's role. Camavinga and Valverde will unlock defensive energy which will free the rest for transition. The bench depth is insane. Carlo will prepare the way for Alonso ball.

I’m a Real Madrid fan and I have to say that, I’m actually worried. The conversation around us is blown wayy out of proportion, and we’ve just seen it again vs Leipzig at home
I can see why this is happening maybe- hype, marketing, maybe a lot of English football fans not actually watching La Liga..
    We are struggling at the moment, I believe we’ve been outperforming expectations this season so far;
    - Our defense is in shambles, even without injuries we still needed a LB and a CB, and also RB soon because Carvajal won’t be here forever.
    - Speaking of, what are we gonna do when Kroos and Modric are gone? All of our structure and playmaking goes through them, quite literally. Without them our midfield is not balanced
    - And our attack is also concerning, this season we only have Vini Rodrygo and Joselu.. that is not close to enough for the best club in the world.
And I’m also scared of Mbappe just as much as I am excited.
His shenanigans and politics must be left behind at PSG, I do not want my club to become a slave to this footballer..
Exciting times yes, but I urge people to temper their expectations, because it’s not all glamorous behind the scenes I promise

Honestly as a PSG fan, there's a slight amount of relief to see Mbappe go. World class player to be sure, and we'll miss the goals, but the problems created internally on and off the pitch are just tiresome. You'll get a good first year I think, he'll charm everyone with good communication in spanish and performances on pitch, but I think after that watch out for him wanting to play on the left and not upfront, picking his games and not bothering with defensive tasks... Just remember that Mbappe only does what is best for Mbappe.

Valverde won't make those crazy runs until he assured that Carvajal is back. Don Carlo always sets up that right hand side to be unbeatable with that coordination between Carva and Fede the Falcon. You might see left hand side being under questions if Madrid plays Rudiger on that side and Militao on the right. Real will be very vulnerable to counters in that from that left side.

Here on paper all athletic guys, but missing one tiny piece. Somehow I think that Rodrygo will be destined to go somewhere else soon, if not this year maybe next one, Endrick as well, playing with his left could be a substitute for him since he's also not typical CF. Anyway if they sell Rodrygo means, they saw limits in him and a good business opportunity :D that happened with Ozil, great player but yep, had limits tbh (a bit slow, focused more on attack etc).

Endrick won't really be in first team talk untill he's atleast 20 or more and has some european experience. Like Fede, Casemiro and others before, he's probably gonna be on loan for a season or two. Vinicius & Rodyrgo both got chances in the first team by sheer luck of Ronaldo leaving, Bale's injury pileup and his break up with fans and club at later stages of his stay, and Hazard's move to Madrid being.... well a Hazardous descision 😅
It was lack of personals due to which Vini got so many chances initially despite how horrendous his finishing was. Glad to see him now being one of the if not the best winger in the world football at the moment.

I think the most likely scenario is a 442 diamond with Bellingham as a CAM, which appears to be his best position. Probably Vinicius right center forward, as we have seen recently (Rodrygo has been playing on the left) and Mbappe in his natural position, left centerforward. We will have to see if Vinicius adapts. Sorry for Rodrygo, but he's not as consistent as the other three. Playing all four is a defensive nightmare.
