Thank you for your service George. I was TDY to the 602nd at Udorn in 66-67. My outfit in Nam was the 1st ACS. Not many people really know everything the commandos` did in Nam. Thank you again and glad you made it home.

My father flew with the 602nd and 22nd 68-69 at NKP. Never told us any stories.... this kind of conversation connects me a little with what he did. Thank you.

I just got to see Jim a couple weeks ago at the Skyraider Reunion. Great Guy, eternally grateful that he found me on the second day of the 2019 Reunion and trusted me with this interview

9:50 Chip Dockery and Toby Hughes recorded (and possibly wrote) the sond "Tree Buster" about this.

I was only really bothered after the mission was over and I had a chance to think about how close I came to dying. Now, 50 years later I can still recall exact details.

I've known about SPAD, Sandy and the A1, but this is the first time to hear "air commando".
    I'm really enjoying these videos!

I was a Forward Observer for a Light Infantry company. My greatest fear was that I would be a coward. Turns out, I am not.
