The front of the property gives a look of a palace. Liked the tour. Night time it looks even prettier. Room with a spacious balcony, nice. Its near a water body, great. Seems to be a nice property.

Really lovely hotel - thanks for taking us along! Such lovely views of the water. Would love to hang out by the fire pits and relax! PS I never make it to the fitness center in hotels either :D

What a great video. This hotel looks great and I love all the info you shared. It looked like a place in Cape Cod Massachusetts. Love the indoor pool and hot tub. Too bad you didn’t get to go to the spa! Great room too!
I've never been to Cape Cod Massachusetts but maybe one day if it's like this I should definitely go. Any recommendations for that area?

This resort looks like an incredible place to stay in BC! There is nothing better than staying somewhere where you can spot wildlife, AND be so close to the water!

Beautiful resort indeed. I can feel how beautiful it is specially outside. and thank you for sharing it with us. Maybe next time you can try the spa and stay the night a bit longer? :) The Marina area looks so nice and glad to see the sea lion swimming around (free attraction).

Nice, its a dog friendly place! Oh, the hotel looks so nice lit up at night. Agreed on your hotel room comment, it looks outdated compared to the rest of the hotel as well. Having a waterfront view is a big plus for sure. Looking forward to the whale watching experience!
Yes surprise that the room didn't match the ambience of the rest of the hotel, But it was still super comfortable so that was good at least.

What a beautiful location for a hotel with seals straight off the pontoon! Really want to see BC. Looks like you had great weather for your visit too. The TV in the bathroom, looked an uncomfortable angle in relation to toilet 😂
BC is incredible, I loved it there so much I was even trying to convince my husband to move there. Haha yeah such a random TV!!

Nice wood accents throughout! And April loves shells... Very comfortable bed, that is so important to us! Hey, we wanted to hear Alan's attempt to call the sea lions! 😂 We think it was you that gets seasick... 😎

The resort looks so homey and comfy! I love that they're dog friendly. My sister has a dog and it's always a challenge finding suitable hotels that allow dogs. It looks like the plantation homes you would find in southern US. The room itself looks pretty standard, nothing impressive. The outdoor garden area looks soooo cozy! The perfect place if you're with a group and want to have a drink. WOW, the sea lions! That's a nice little surprise!

Love how close this resort is to the waterfront, so beautiful! You’re so right, the room decor doesn’t really match with the rest of the resort 😅 but great that you had a little balcony. Wow, sitting by the fire pits in the evenings must be amazing…you guys will just have to go back to experience it 😁

What a beautiful resort! Love the mix between the modern amenities and the older house. Also the fact that it is dog-friendly :) We'll have to check this place out when we are in the Whistler area! Vancouver/Whistler is high up on our list

Nice video, thanks for posting. Just so you know, the town of Sooke is pronounced as Suke (long u sound, silent e on the end, like rhymes with fluke). :)
Aww I would love to be at this resort with furry pal friends possibly walking around. The pool area at the resort is big and welcoming. And the resort is gorgeous during the day and night! Could you rent a boat from the marina if you wanted to? And those sea lions were smart to stay nearby just in case food was available for them. And I think you got sea sick.
It was such a beautiful resort day-and-night, We really enjoyed our time there and I could have spent all day watching the sea lions. You'll have to tune in to see 🤣
in whiffin spit you can find a geo cash where you can somtimes get free room keys
outside looks ok .inside looks so old..cant compare to Asia to be honest
