Yeah, monoma's one is too dope to skip. However, I think id choose mudman's quirk as a second option.

Mushroom girl could probably go full "The Last of Us" if she wanted/learned to. She had Tokoyami kneeled over on the ground hacking up his lungs, and he's one of 1-A's most powerful students. Plus, there are many poisonous mushrooms she could probably grow. It's never really acknowledged by anyone except Monoma how creepy and dangerous her powers actually are.
We can count ourselves lucky that she went for the hero course. She still creeps me out tho

@@RafaelPereira-dc9ir Ellie never beat the cordyceps, she just can't contract it herself. Everyone else is screwed. Then there are the ordinary poisonous mushrooms that have nothing to do with that.
Komori is a counter to all the hard-hitters of 1A.. maybe Tsuyu could be the only difficult matchup for her coz frogs have both poison and poison resistance
If it wasn't for the anime rating, then Takoyami would have just torn her head off with his shadow.
1-B has some really great quirks. Most of them are AoE, Debuff and Support ability which is why they're great in team combat like this arc. I hope the author make a spin-off about 1-B class + Shinso

I feel as though the drill person really has pretty much one for all level potential give him support items or an actual drill and see how my boy can save people but I think vigilantes is a good way the author is simply writing out his story in full and giving a full flush out and not just leaving everything up to fan interpretation like Naruto as nch hammer basically prides himself on just writing the same script 30 times for a world we have flushed out very well at least leaving plot holes anyways

Dead ass so long as you ignore the haters class 1b is solid to me most of they’re quirks are a cooperation meaning that they can’t go off and expect a win they have to work as a team but some people like to bash on anything
Honestly some of these characters have better quirks and are more interesting than some of the students from 1A.
I wish 1b was 1a with izuku and bakugo in it they seem more interesting

Reminder: Class 1A is not better than 1B. They are basically equal and both have 2 recommended students (Todoroki & Yaomomo for 1A, Tokage & Honenuki for 1B). 1A gets more spotlight because the MC is there
Class 1A also receive more trauma which I think is not a win...
also 1B just isnt as shown since horikoshi finds them hard to draw, so they were put into 1B

They need some plot armor like class 1A. The fact that this is what happens when they train diligently and study vs continuously fighting villains.

Ok but the mushroom girl is literally dangerous! She could just plant a mushroom that releases toxic chemicals to enemies like she did with Tokoyami and they will never know...they'll suddenly stop breathing or start hallucinating and they'll have no idea why...

I think the Quirk of Kodai Yui is really underrated, she's very powerful and versatile. Just imagine transport a boat in your pocket, and throw it on your opponent in big size

Juzo's quirk is hella underrated. He can make the ground sink making ppl lose their footing and then trap them there and move freely in the ground too. Really OP if you ask me.

A number of them only got put in 1B due to Horikoshi finding them to hard to draw.
Ojiro, Mineta, Tooru, and Koda at a glance could of been replaced with quite a few of 1B

I feel like she and Ojiro are quite similar in that regard. Both have somewhat basic appendage based quirks but found ways to make it work for them perfectly.

Bro "Hiryu Rin" aka the guy with the Scales actually has a lot of potential to be in the future top 10 since the quirk is similar to the late hero Crust. He can use it in offense and defense as well as shoot the scales just like Crust did with his shield in the first war. I was instantly intrigued by his quirk in the sports festival and saw a lot of similarities with Crust.
Out of everyone I like his quirk the most due to how straightforward it is. A lot in Class B have way better quirks then some Class A does honestly and Rin just stands out for me.
Ok just think about this real quick, a 100% one for all punch amplified by Shoda’s twin impact quirk.

Honestly speaking, as someone that’s not that well versed or deep into anime, I’m kinda glad MHA (or at least the 3.5 seasons that I’ve seen from it so far) would continuously state these characters’ names and quirks. It’s difficult remembering so many names whenever you watch through a show
But that also gives the show a kids show vibe which is what I don't like

Kuroiro, Shinso, and Shirakumo probably have my favorite quirks in the whole series. They’re each so interesting, and if it were possible I even kinda wish I had them
I love shinso's quirk, its so simple but has a high skill ceiling, it has that surprise factor too
Tokage's Quirk is legit terrifying.

Juzo’s soften quirk is pretty neat, not really cheap tricks, does what it’s meant to, and yet it still feels unique and really cool.

I really like the horn girls quirk, she could be a Halks type character if she got some quirk training, usong more horns of different sizes, and would trade Hawks speed and utility for offensive and deffensive power.

I didn’t realize his name was Gevuadan and that’s pretty awesome.
In case anyone is wondering, it’s a reference to “the beast of Gevuadan” which was a large animal that seemingly kept returning and attacking to the same village in France after being shot at time and time again.
Wish we got a one off episode with these guys. Would've been great to see them all get a chance to do more

Weld is a seriously underrated quirk, he’d be deadly in hand to hand combat, all he has to do is weld you while your body overlaps or you blink and you’re out of the fight, (if you’re murdery about it you could stick organs together) he could wall crawl like Spider-Man, he could seal up puncture wounds quickly, stabilise damaged structures in rescue events if you give him a whip he could tether people to the ground, his hero costume is a basically a blacksmith ninja which is a cool vibe, if his quirk evolved to weld stuff attached to what he touches he could freeze entire environments, I wonder if he could weld other elements not just solids as well, what even happen to a gas or liquid that’s suddenly fused to another element ?
I really like the solid air quirk hope it gets more screen time and a power upgrade

since the manga say it is in the final arc, I regret 2 things about the following school years: -that they do not face aliens, magical / demonic beings and / or time travel - that in the second year class A merges with B .. since students always have a ranking and the worst of the first exchange with the best of the second, many characters are non-secondary tertiary

Personally, I don't like how characters like Koda, Asui(no hate, her quirk is just lame.)and Hagakure made it into 1A(Mineta is comic relief,so I guess he gets to stay). 1B has incredible students like Kendo, Shoda and Kamakiri who have great quirks and potential. It's sad to see Horikoshi waste them as side characters. UA is supposed to be the best hero school in Japan. You would think they would let in students who have quirks strong enough to fight villains and protect society. If you ask me, the kids I mentioned before deserve to be in 1A.. Kendo would get along great in 1A. She can resume her 'big sis' role and will probably be more effective than Iida in keeping the peace in class(Iida chops the air, she chops necks😂). Her personality will be perfect to keep wild guns like Bakugo in check. Imagine the applications of Shoda's quirk in battle.He can team up with Deku and amplify his smashes,he can boost Bakugo's Howitzer Impact, the possibilities are endless. Kamakiri would make a great battle partner for Kirishima(sword and shield). I would put them in 1A because they deserve the spotlight more often.
Edit:I originally also considered Monoma, but season 5 confirmed it for me that he BELONGS in 1B.
