Love your videos. Do you have any information/resources on buying additional annual pension benefits and NHS Pension Additional Voluntary contributions for those of us who are thinking of retiring early? Is it worth it, or would you just set up a private pension as an alternative? Thanks!

Can you make private pension contributions from a limited company after having taken your NHS pension? Ive heard that the limitation on paying into a new pension scheme after taking your pension doesn't apply to defined benefits pensions? (my understanding is with a defined contribution scheme once you draw it - there is a limit on what you can put into a new one) Im thinking of taking my nhs pension early at 55 but carrying on doing some work through a ltd company drawing the minimum to get NI contributions - take some as dividends and put some into a private pension for 60 or 65. is that allowed?

When you say retire for 2 years- does that mean from that particular job in private practice (eg telemedicine), can you do a different area of private practice like procedures in those 2years without incurring penalties?

    Few questions:
do you have a video or link to a resource on how to set up share structures for family members?
would a 16yr old, given that they can legally work be considered a minor for dividend purposes?
do you have video or link to a resource on how to set up salaried employees or is this best done via an accountant?
can a ltd company put money into ISAs or other investments?
Thanks for a very informative video
