So that scene in poltergeist where the women is trapped underwater with the skeletons. They actually used real human skeletons because it was cheaper than buying fakes that could stay submerged underwater. Much of the history around the movie is quite disturbing. I don't recommend looking into it!

ASMR Retro Completely skip the third one if you want to see Michael Myers. Season of the Witch takes place in a whole new movie universe, because John Carpenter wanted to make the series an anthology, and step away from Michael. However the fourth one, appropriately titled “The Return of Michael Myers”, focuses more on his niece, kind of. It’s weird to explain, and I haven’t seen it in a while. After that is the Curse of Michael Myers, I think, and it explains why he’s only going after people in his family. When it comes to “The Curse of Michael Myers” and onward, it gets a bit iffy from what others have said, but I don’t think they’re too bad. Even the remakes don’t really top them, even if Michael is way more violent. However, I’ve heard many good things about Halloween 2018
ASMR Retro That’s something I’ve noticed with all horror movies honestly, and I think it’s just because we know who the threat is and what they do, but even so, I think they’re still fun

I think I've seen the first 5 movies. And I actually saw a bit of 2018 on tv. It looked good, but just didn't have the same magic of the original.
