- In today’s episode of GrizzlyNbear, we having an amazing time in Albania, especially on Gjipe Beach. Simply fantastic.
4wd trail, camping on the beach, overlanding community, awesome people and spectacular rock-climbing. We highly recommend it.
Also we few exemples of the cost of basic groceries at the market.

Such a cool country, the Albanian Riviera is way better than the French and Italian and so much more affordable.
Also for now it's minus the crowds although I think that will change over the next few years so visit sooner rather than later 😉

So for GrizzlyNbear it's actually not that creative...
Bear is the truck and is named after my hero Bear Grylls the British adventurer.
The camper is a Four Wheel Camper, Grizzly model.
So that's it 😉

Leigh Dearle , well thank you very much for explaining it ,because I’ve been thinking about it for quite sometime.🤔 In return I’ll tell you something about 🇨🇦 You probably already know this information but if you don’t I’ll tell you that we have one of the # 1 ski resorts in North America it’s called Whistler , British Columbia also with you rock climbing it’s called “The Chief” as it known, is a massive granite monolith towering some 700 m above Squamish and Howell sound and has hundreds of climbing routes for every level of climber. I live 9 kilometres east Vancouver, British Columbia . The drive from where I live to Squamish & Whistler is 50 & 90 kilometres away. The highway leading up to Squamish and Whistler is called the Sea to sky highway . I hope this information helpful to you when ..... reach Vancouver British Columbia 🇨🇦

I have been to Vancouver several times in my early 20's and even snowboarding at Whistler for 1 week.
I love BC and we can't wait to get back there. This time in our own vehicle.
You know our original plan was to begin our world trip by shipping our truck from Belgium to Halifax then crossing Canada to come climbing in BC 😉
I even have the climbing guidebook for Squamish.
Obviously those plans changed but we will get there in the next few years.

Looks great. Albania is great for family vacation. It's quiet and actually safe. I think medias tell bullshit about Albania sometimes but to my personal experience it looked and felt safer than living in Berlin. I loved the fresh food that I could buy everywhere. It had a richer taste that the food than you buy in EU markets. Also l9ved the Albanian cuisine because it had a variety of recipes with fruits and vegetables,wild greens that tasted delicious and were healthy and light.
