Depression is when your constantly thinking about the past, anxiety is when your worried about the future or thinking to far ahead, try to ground yourself and only think in present tense. I found it helped me when I stopped worrying cause it does no one no good, we cannot predict the future nor can we stop the future. So let it go whatever your worrying about or thinking about in the future. Focus on the present and making memories with the people u love today and focus on who's there for u right now cause your to busy panicking or worrying you forget to live and appreciate who's by your side now. Hope that helps cause it does for me hehe love all Xmas gifts as well, keep up the great work Melissa and be proud now..!

So glade to see you. Iv not been around in awhile because i have been sick nothing that couldn't be fix with medication so iv really missed you alot. Thank you for always sharing your life with us. When you said you had to go to ER and why it floored me because iv been going though mental health issues too. I get so depressed and cant to get out of it. Anyway thank you for sharing that it makes me feel im not alone.

It’s definitely could be a mental thing , I was the same way for a whole month couldn’t eat nothing at all but when I would go to the ER they would say nothing was wrong w me at all so I made a doctors appointment n told them what’s been happening and they put me on anxiety medication and I’ve never felt better then I do now I’m eating more then I ever have and I feel amazing !!
