This has been very entertaining. Thanks to all concerned who made this possible. Now I will search for more volumes to live vicariously through. Open minds to all.
This I quickly becoming one of my favorite series and considering I work 60 hours a week and listen to audiobooks for the entire shift, I've listened to hundreds of audiobooks and this is definitely in my top ten. It's more of a elite group that I wish I could anesthetize myself and go on the adventure once more rather than any sort of ranking. I'm kinda poor and in a hard place right now due to my ex but once I get myself reestablished one thing I'm going to do when I get my own place is buy a large bookshelf and purchase your entire series. I'm only on book three but I love it already and I hope you continue the Evaran Chronicles indefinitely. You have a unique style that I enjoy.
I'm glad you enjoy listening to it, and I hope you get reestablished. This series is sixteen books, and the next series, The Evaran Chronicles II, is currently in progress with one book out so far. I've planned out to about 70+ books, so I have a ways to go. I'd be honored to be on your bookshelf!
What an amazing book‼️📖 I normally prefer to read books but once I started listening to this one, I couldn’t stop. Excited that you have so many more written. Thank you for writing them 🥰
This character.... Thank you, it's one of the best audiobooks I have listened to. Believe me I've been through most of them. I hope that you are proud with what you have done!
Okay, heres my sub like and comment. I kinda felt bad for Jay... im a trucker, but am more like Doc or Sanjay... i knew most of what was being talked about. Not sure if this crew stays with homeboy for more than just the first book, but Krull needs a name, she was a good girl. Sanjay died to pure random fate, poor guy. And, i hope dude that got the pass and lizar guy got out, and stopped rolling with bad crews....
I hope you enjoyed it! Interestingly enough, truckers have decent representation among listeners/readers of the series. You're right that the Krull was a good girl, and for Sanjay, don't read the CZcams spoiler comments before listening to Book 2!
@@adairhartauthor I try my best to avoid anything that talks about future stuff in comments... though, you did just spoil to a degree... remember I am more like Sanjay and Doc... knowing Evaran... and Lord knows what ... well... I am enjoying this art so far, and am ready to stay enthralled.
I appreciate that, space gear! I only have the boxset for Books 1-3 since ACX's limit (publisher for audible, amazon, apple for me) is one box set per series. I've since gone wide with my audiobooks, so I may see what other options I have there for bundling. Here's the link to the boxset page and retailers: www.adairhart.com/Audiobooks/TheEvaranChronicles/BoxSet.aspx
So I have made it to chapter 11 and I have to say... This is REALLY GOOD STUFF. and I like many others who listen to books on CZcams am a life long book worm... Meaning by the time I made it to this book series I have practically listen to and read everything else that I could find on CZcams etc. some books really really good 😊 and some not so much I even have a list I can share of great books I found on CZcams
@@01ceilia but this should get you started...... The lost starship series, saga of the seven Suns. Joe Abercrombie series. Scott Bartlett series. @@paulwhite6543 When I was writing my earliest ebooks, like this one, there were a lot of comparisons of Evaran to the Doctor as they shared a similar high level premise. However, as the books continue in the series, that distinction widens significantly, especially when it comes to how situations are handled.
There is a lot of time travel in the series, and it's based on a logically consistent framework. What you read in Book 1 will still be the same rules followed in say Book 15. Paradoxes are explored, along with topics like time eddies, time dilation, temporal mechanics and tactics. There is some in Book 1, more in Book 2, but it ramps up much more in Book 3 and beyond.
@@adairhartauthor hmm interesting, basically the way everin is narrated in this audio, meaning that showing very less emotions in tough situations, blonde and over six feet, muscular body very unhumanly quick in combat and deadly, these are all the traits of the golden men from those novels but the only difference is that they are ruthless and mostly just evil, and everin is humble and sounds like a defector of the imperialkingdom, oh and micheal fassbender, alexander staligrad, and that dude playing IT can pretty much play him in a movie.

The audio quality is appalling. I’m certain the story is excellent. It would’ve helped if the audio wasn’t so fuzzy and soft around hedges. It was like a constant buzz.

by the description of everin he looks like he's one of the imperial golden men from " the lost starship series of novels"
