This Reiki session is intended to assist you with breaking free of negative cycles & patterns that are no longer serving you.
Being in a sleep, awake, occupied or engaged in other activities while simultaneously
receiving Reiki, will never impair from its effectiveness.
Reiki always works for your highest good and most benevolent outcomes.
The infinite wisdom of Reiki flows only where it is desired, affecting matter at subtle levels. Your personal acceptance and openness to receiving this healing energy will dictate the level of energy to receive.
You are encouraged to play this distance healing recording repeatedly as often as you wish. This Reiki sessions can have cumulative effects, meaning, the healing energy infused in these videos is amplified each time you play it.
Each of us has our unique response to the healing energy and our experience can indeed vary from session to session. It depends on how sensitive someone is to energy. Just relax and enjoy this healing energy flowing to you.

I blast away all patterns and cycles hindering me from being my most self-loving and confident self. I declared that these patterns and cycles are broken. I am self-loving and confident.
I am free from the patterns of ill health, toxic relationships, and misery. I embrace new patterns of alignment, well-being, and love.
Misery . That's the word I used to deprogram that pattern almost a decade ago. As a result, I no longer cry my eyes out or be sad, but I still run into abusive ppl where I live( landlords/mgrs, neighbors and/or roommates) and I have patterns of rejection (being kicked out of where I live several times a year due to my autism disabilities) and abandonment and similar negativity. It's like a spider web, heal something, find out there's tons of cobwebs attaching me to the corner wall of darkness and bad happenings. Why couldn't I have been born into a loving home instead of suffering extreme abuse? I'm almost sixty, I left home in my teens and their abuse follows me till I die. :'(
I want to break free of the negative cycle of always being trapped in low paying, going no where jobs, in spite of having a strong work ethic, education and experience. It's keeping me poor and it's not fair! I can't even take a day off to go on interviews.
I am getting rid of bad cycles, self sabotage, toxic relationships, self criticism, and unwanted bad energy now. Thank you ☺️ I am free.

I wish to break from the negative cycle of being stuck in dead-end jobs, in spite of my best efforts to leave/re-invent myself. Been trying to find a better position for over a year. This happened with the last time I tried to leave when they announced layoffs. I was sending out resumes like crazy trying to find something in time. Ended up getting laid off!😱😭
