El video me parecio de suma utilidad ya que nos ayuda a entender la gran importancia que tiene el control en una empresa y a si mismo nos da a conocer los diferentes tipos y etapas que deben constar para que el mismo sea aplicado de manera efectiva.
Dicho esto un punto esencial es que el control debe ser aplicado todo el tiempo y en todas las areas de la empresa ya que actua como regulador midiendo el desempeño y tomando las acciones necesarias para corregirlo; permitiendo asi que esto nos ayude a reducir costos y ahorrar tiempo al evitar errores es decir trabajar de forma eficaz y eficiente para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa.
Muy buen video, me ayudo mucho en mis trabajos y en mi forma de ver como me puedo organzar en un trabajo en equipo o de un trabajo grupal
genial! quizá la función administrativa sea la más aburrida pero la más necesaria en una empresa. Esperando tus vídeos crack!
Tienes toda la razón la verdad! Haber si puedo hacer algo, porque no tengo casi tiempo y me da a mi que tendré que buscar una persona que me ayude en la voz aunque sea asi sigo yo haciendo los guiones y todo como quiero.
Si lo encuentro seguiré subiendo 6 videos a la semana

Una consulta el control es muy importante para controlar a los trabajadores y que no destruyan la empresa haciendo corrupcion

lo pusiste mal, es en el proceso administrativo. y esta en todas las 4 fases. pero es la ultima del ciclo sin fin.
