The best way to increase energy, is to go to the camp and improve the camping equipment, once there, in the lower right you will see an icon (red campaign house with a question mark) you click and it will tell you the values that each object has in blue is the capacity of energy and in green the speed with which you generate energy, then you go to the store and it will show you the same in the icon (red campaign house) the objects that you can buy look for the of greater value and purchases and replace in the camp, so you will be increasing your energy.
