Still got it!! Hard to believe that after all these years, these guys are still banging out albums that sound fantastic. I read an article about the singer from this band, a few years ago. I guess the guy is one of those dudes that succeeds at everything he does. Hes from Santa Cruz, CA (i hate that town) so hes ptrobly from a upper middle class family. When he was a kid he just decided one day that he wanted to form a punk band, so he did, and they have been more then successful and lasted for over 30 years. Then i guess hes also a scout for a pro hockey team. Who from California grew up playing hockey? Nobody, thats who. So i assume he just took an intrest in it, and researched it and became successful in that field as well. Then he heads so charitable organization that exceded its expectations somehow. I have a hard time beliving people that are constant winners like that are born that way. Well, let mew rephrase that.... I think people who succed at what ever they take on, like that, arent born with those talents and just happened to discover them as they meander through life. I think that they are born with something inside then that makes them want to be the best at whatever it is they choose to do, and that something doesnt let them quit untill they are. Its like a determination trait. That trait, along with above average intelligence, or even average intelligence, along with the late nights and the hard work, and im betting a supportive family, as well as friends, is what makes people like that successful. It doesnt matter if your born into money if you have those things. I think if your born with that gene, or what ever it is, you wont stop until you are the winner. Like OCD in a way.
