What do you think about everything they did with "Guy's Grocery Games"?

It’s great to see the show and Guy took the time to get everything together and right.

I’m glad the food is not wasted!

I still do not believe there is no food waste as many food network shows have shown behind the scenes there is a HUGE amount of waste that winds up in the garbage. I hope the fact that this show donates food is true. But in the reality of reality tv, we never really know

@Judith - agree (see full comments above). While a fan of the show, and Guy in general, redesigning the physical & environmental footprint of the warehouse could eliminate significant energy & perishable produce waste. No need to compost excess if there isn't any thru actual sales :)

Really cool that everything is real and that they help out the kitchens with the food in there. Always imaged it took a lot of work to make a show like that. It is a pretty cool show. Was fun to watch. Great video

I really like this show and to learn how straight the contest is handled makes me like it more.

Food Network must've paid them to say all this because we all know this isn't completely true

I would hope, with the popularity of the show, producers & Guy Feiri will think outside the box for future seasons/endeavors. The waste represented by a warehouse store's energy consumption as a part-time location is needing a review. Why not turn it into an actual grocery store, redesign the competition area, and simply post when filming closes the store for retail. Re produce being transformed via composting; a first world problem - what to do with too much food.

That said - I'm a fan, however ridiculous Fieti goes to shake things up (baby food - ridiculous but oddly rewarding when someone nails it). Great respect for Guy & production co. recognizing & responding to restaurant closures/industry unemployment thru pandemic. This was thinking outside the box :)
