Air Nz pays Fight attendants more than Aircraft Technicians.
It takes about 6 weeks to train to become a flight attendant, it takes about 4 years to train as an aircraft fixer scum person.
A hangover from Colonial rule, if your position is in the sky, i.e pilot, flight attendant you are god.
      engineers are scum.
My official position at Airnz after 4 years of training at a cost of $48k ……was “aircraft worker”.
Be a pilot or flight attendant or find a position outside the industry.

The military hates aircraft fixer people and as such they cannot become officers.
An aircraft technician with 30 years experience has to salute a trainee pilot with 3 hours logbook time.
