- Here's a quick video on how to use Bixby with or without the Bixby button for your Samsung phone.
Devices with the Bixby button:
Galaxy S8 through S10 or Galaxy Note 8 through Note 9
Devices without the Bixby button with Bixby on them:
Galaxy S20, Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy Z Flip, Galaxy Fold, and A-series
If you say "hi bixby" then say "turn on speaker phone and call frank" it will automatically put the speaker phone on and call out. I am a c4 quadriplegic and found this very helpful one day when I fell out of my power wheelchair. People need to be aware of this feature if they are disabled!
Good tip, thanks for it! And does it work the other way around? I mean it is possible to accept a call on speakerphone saying out a command? Would be really useful during driving, or cooking, washing the dishes, etc..
Why not just say this to google? Same thing, less steps.

Alarms are useless now. They used to say what alarm is for. What's the point of alarm without saying what its for?
Calendar reminders no longer work. They took all the important things out & replaced with horribly complex pop ups that 99% cannot be removed from screen! Very irritating.
Software update stopped working.
Kinda big time disappointed with S9 except for fast processor.
Infinity screens are a huge mistake! No way to keep a screen protector on. The only case that protects it properly is otterbox defender.
Screen protectors all pop right off so l gave up.
Feels like we are going backwards without any forwards except fast speed processors that are awesome.
Using Alexa l had to upgrade internal memory to allow so many more apps. I'd still like to have received 128 rather than 64 GB as it goes so fast l have to keep deleting apps every few weeks.
Just use Amazon, McAfee, Alexa & some that l cannot disable or delete like Bixby which is just duplicates of other apps. What is the point? Please?

I want to be able to hands-free "talk" to Pandora and have it go to a song I want to hear... all hands-free. Bluetooth from Samsung Galaxy S9+ into my helmet works fine. How do I configure that? I do think Bixby for Samsung is just as good as Siri unfortunately the only problem that I see with their variation of what Apple has already basically been doing with the voice commands and doing stuff like that on the smartphone is that it doesn't come you know pre-installed like the one I'm Apple seems to be where you know whatever reason I'm having issues with mine right now it's kind of annoying I wish it was as simple as just already being built into the phone or just updating it or just clicking a checkbox that's a start it without having to log into Samsung or log into your ear you do all these accounts and stuff it's very annoying for something like voice commands and voice search is completely tedious and unnecessary I wish Samsung and Google would fix this I understand for logging into your Google account and then being very secure with it that's pretty cool with me but when it comes to like voice commands and stuff that's where they kind of draw the line and it kind of gets annoyed with how secure they try to be it should just really be either a yes or no do you want to use it or not in fact for me the phone should come pre-installed with it and if you don't want to use it you could always delete it or disable it and I'll just turn it off and remove it from your phone until you want to use it again if you change your mind quit talking to your device is a huge part of the device being considered a smartphone in my opinion and it being able to look up information for you just don't understand why they would make it so much more difficult it seems an apple in my opinion

Hey guys? Could you install a button that does one and one thing only; open a propreitary "assistant" that could activate by removing or replacing phone from pocket. Really give it a hair-trigger and make sure it will activate even when my phone is locked.
Lastly, if we could put the volume of the bixby voice on a different volume bar than media, so even when i THINK my phone is set for quiet, bixby can come stampeding through, trumpeting at top volume.
Worst. Gimmick. EVER.
