Ingredients,
1 large sweet potato
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp, onion powder
Dry Rosemary and dry thyme, 1/2 tsp each
1/2 tsp of Smoked Paprika
1/2 TSP of Salt/to taste
1/4 tsp pepper/to taste
pinch of cayenne pepper, optional
For the sauce,
1/4 cup, Mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp sriracha
Directions:(Peel on or off/per preference ), slice the sweet potato into fries with a knife or mandolin.
in a bowl, add sliced sweet potato and add cornstarch.
mix well so each fries are coated.Add olive oil.
Mix together, salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, paprika, rosemary, thyme, and cayenne pepper and sprinkle over the fries and mix well.
spray or brush oil the Air fryer Basket and add the seasoned sweet potato fries.
spread them around.
Air Fry at 400 F for 10-12 minutes, shake the basket halfway through cooking time.
The Air fryer until crispy to likeness.
Mix together, mayonnaise, ketchup, and sriracha, and Enjoy!Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!

Hello, yes they were! crispy on the outside and soft and yummy inside, Nikki
i just made these and they came out extremely soggy. the only difference from the recipe is that i used arrow root flower because i coudln't find the corn starch, so perhaps that is why.
