In this video we will be comparing two of the my favourite trucks in SnowRunner - Kenworth 963 and PLAD 450. We will race till the entrance of the quarry in SnowRunner Season 13, Almaty Region, Zherbai Quarries map.
Kenworth 963 was added as part of season 10. It is the most practical truck and very capable.
On the other hand we have PLAD 450. It was added as part of Season 13. Quarries are like home to PLAD.
Both trucks configured with best possible engine and gear box. Both has bigger mud tires and similar add-ons. So lets see who will win this battle. Lets GO!

FEMM IS KING OF KING
For sure, when it is about off-road capabilities but I doubt it whether FEMM will be able to survive in these quarries. Due to its articulated steering and poor stability. FYI - I never driven FEMM as I am not owning Season 12 DLC. But please do let me know your thoughts.
@@HpTriggerGaming Well, that's not the case, the plad and the kenword failed me with only 2 charges, on the other hand the FEMM with 4 charges of slate block came out without any problem, yes, the entire tank was consumed, but it never hesitated or Stay tuned, I have a video on my channel, just with the thumbnail you will be able to know the video I'm talking about.

The Kenworth 963 has big Problems with steep climbs even with the strongest engine, the femm is a good truck but it would be much better without the articulated steering
@@HpTriggerGaming FEMM, is powerful, but it’s horrible to drive, especially cab view as the articulation makes it jerk from side to side. When I have a choice of equally powerful but better handlers the FEMM stays in the Garage.
Interesting, I like the Kenworth but I find it very uninspiring to drive, yup it can get the job done but it’s boring. I’ve yet to purchase any season 4 stuff.
Should have been using a saddle high those trucks run way better with them for the purpose they are tall and the sideboard doesn't add any tire weight and only causing more resistance, you also lost the cargo which wouldn't have happened

Kenworth 96's engine is quite weak
Kenworth 96's *stock* engine is quite weak
I believe Kenworth is designed like that. It supports all add-ons and combinations, has good stability and good tires, now if they give powerful engine also game will lost its challenging aspect. So I think it has decent engine.
Ken with cargo goes well but in bad terrain needs awd.
If it goes uphill with cargo it will struggle and in some situations the tires don't even move and it doesn't even have to be bad terrain.
This is just an oilfield truck designed for desert and it has no power to endure these kinds of terrain.
In fact any truck going through this type of terrain would not last too much and it would have to be towed to a shop after some hours.
