set to window in Teknoparrot UI and i use magpie to upscale to 4K.

@@patwu9302 I have fixed the issue. Turns out the filepath to shell.exe was too long. I moved the entire game folder to C:\Sega to give it a minimal filepath length, remapped Teknoparrot to the new shell.exe location and the game now loads and performs perfectly.
