Very beautiful city, I became curious about this place recently knowing that it’s the oldest city in the United States. You captured it very well, the only thing missing would be maybe some historical tidbits here and there, but other than that I love the ambience.
Even you called the US "America" but you contradicted yourself. If you're trying to say America means *all* of North, Central, & South America, the point is nobody from outside the US calls or nicknames their own nation "America" but the States.

I think they were just kidding around, people in florida are more chill and friendly compared to a lot of cities in the US.
