    First try was fun, I ended up getting silly with the amounts of water to make and play with oobleck and slowing adding more flour until it came together.
    It came out ok, certainly will need some practice to get it right.

    Wow, this recipe is fantastic, I came upon it accidentally as I wondered what to make out of my bag of tapioca, which I bought as an experiment. I much prefer gluten-free food and I love flatbreads as they are a quick and convenient way to get a home-made gluten-free bread. You are very entertaining to watch!
    Like the music as well! I live in the UK but I was a member of Santo Daime so I love the Brazilian Portuguese language and songs. I used to listen to Milton Nascimento which shows my age lol but I don't know any contemporary singers. Could you recommend anyone interesting?

    Nati I have a question. I just bought Tapioca starch for the first time and I try adding as little water as possible but it is VERY sticky like glue. It's almost impossible to mix it with my fingers. And then when I add even just a little too much water it turns completely into liquid. What am I doing wrong? Also, is your pan non-stick? I only have a cast iron pan. Can I use butter so it doesn't stick? What other foods can I make with Tapioca?

      well, the way I used to make it without a non-stick pan was to make sure the pan was dry, with not even a drop of water on it, and waayyy clean (so clean u can almost see your reflex on it). But still, not always would work. A non-stick pan is the ideal

      @HungryNati  Před 2 lety +3

      Hi Linda!
      No! You cannot add butter or oil on the pan, the on needs to be dry.
      You can add on top of the pancake once the tapioca starch starts getting firm.
      Yes! You can make a pizza!!! I wouldn’t add too much sauce tho.
      Be aware that the tapioca is soft, if you want to be crunchy, just leave longer on the pan to dry out more. :) let me know how it works!! ;)
