- 2016년 부산지부 유단자세미나영상입니다.칼리(kali) 아르니스(arnis) 에스크리마(escrima 혹은 eskrima)라는 세 단어는 각기 낱말은 다르지만 모두 필리핀 전통무술(Filipino Martial Arts, FMA)라는 뜻입니다.
FMA는 무기술에 기반하기 때문에 매우 실전적일 뿐만 아니라 최근에 사회문제로 대두되고 있는 묻지마범죄에서 자신의 몸을 보호할 수 있는 가장 효과적인 무술입니다.
특히 흉기방어에 필요한 대책이 종합적으로 마련되어 있기 때문에 남성 및 여성호신술로서 부족함이 없습니다. 또한 지속적인 수련을 통해 고도의 집중력을 기를 수 있고
순발력과 체력을 증진할 수 있어 남녀노소 누구에게나 적합한 생활체육이기도 합니다.

Been training in martial arts for 41 years now, and I have never found a culture that is better with sticks than the Filipino. Started training in Kali in mid 80's and to this day have not found a stick art that has even come close to its skills and technique.
Thank you Korea for preserving and promoting the Philippine Martial Art...

권법과 병기술의 일치를 중시하는 게 본래 전통무술의 모습입니다. 순수 맨손 격투기와 비교하는 것은 사실 의미가 없죠, 각자의 길을 존중하는 게 바람직하다고 생각합니다.
격투기 10여년 했었는데 나이드니 이 무술이 끌리군요 ㅎㅎ 기회되면 해봐야겠어요

안녕하세요. 레벨 1 취득 이후 삶이 바빠서 아쉽게도 체육관 다니질 못하고 있습니다. 혼자 복습하거나 동호회 가는 건 수련이라 하기에도 민망하네요. 기회가 된다면 다시 수련하고 싶어요. 알고리즘에 마침 뜨니까 반갑게 느껴집니다.
정보사에서 교육하는 무술이라 들었는데 엄청 실전적으로 보이네요 잘 보고 갑니다

대련은 이런식으로 진행합니다만...
저는 칼리를 배운적이 없으나...
비슷한 훈련을 자주해서 추측해서 말씀드리자면
저런식으로 합을 맞추고 진행해서 검에 눈을 트이게 하는겁니다.
무기는 머리에 한대만 맞아도 위험하지요
그렇기에 안정적으로 하는 방식입니다
보통 대타라고 하지요
제가 보여드린 영상을 보시면 칼을 손으로
잡아채는 장면을 볼수있을겁니다
반복되는 훈련으로 몸이 자동으로 나오게끔하는겁니다

@@mackymoo1329 wrong. i practice Pekiti Tirsia, and used to do Balintawak. Escrima is just a term obtained from spaniards for skirmishing/sword fighting, kali comes from many words like kalis for sword, dan inosanto mentions Kamay, Lihok. and i could go on....... and then there's Arnis, from the Harness,etc etc etc.... just google it if you want to know more

아휴.... 850그램 짜리 수제작 가검으로 연습하다 보니 좀 빠르고 강하게 휘두를려니 3분이상 휘두르기 힘드네요.
오래달리기 반에서 30명중 1등이고 팔굽혀펴기 40개 하는 사람인데도 못해먹겠어요.
6년째 휘두르는데도 불구하고 이걸 계속 움직이는 격투선수처럼 10분동안 휘두르는게 말이 안될정도요
무기술이기에 오히려 불가능할거 같네요

2.팔굽혀펴기 40개면 턱없이 부족합니다. 기본 150개 정도 수련했는데
전완근 보강은 필수 입니다.
3.연습은 실전보다 더 고강도가 맞고, 한계에 한계를 맞아야 성장합니다.

Kali Arnis is from the philippines that is why our forces is also deadly. Mabuhay!
Lol. The effeciency of military forces have nothing in common with martial arts. If you want really strong troops you need to train them to run long distances with the full ammunition, shoot accurately, have a good equipement(communication in particular), awareness, discipline, and support of other kinds of military (artilerry, airforces, tanks, satellites, drones ...). You don't need martial arts for that purpose AT ALL.

맨손 공격은 한계가 있음을 느낌니다.
아직도 부족하고 더 배워야한다는 생각을 가집니다.
공감...근데 저는 이런생각도 해봐요.서로 무기든 상태에서 모래를 먼저 상대방눈에 뿌리고 선공하는게 과연 반칙일까.실전은 일촉측발에 상황에서는 내 목숨이 먼저니깐 그리고 내가 그를 이긴단 보장이 없으니깐 말죽거리잔혹사에서 권상우가 뒤에서 이종혁을 가격안했으면 아마 이기지 못했을거니깐요....

합기도,주짓수,킥복싱 7년한 사람인데요 어렵긴 하지만 무기든사람 이기는게 불가능은 이닙니다. 특히일반인이 무기든건 더 쉽고요

@@lsj5160 단도의 경우 벽돌이나 의자만 집어던져도 대처가 가능해요 거기에 일반인들은 찌를깡도 없으니... 샤프로 눈돌아가꼬 ㄹㅇ로 저 찌르려던 애랑 싸워봤는데 잡고 관절기 하나 들어가니 돼더라구요. 룰없는 싸움에선 이기는게 불가능은 아닙니다 검도 주먹의 연장이니
문제는 그저 일반인 손에 날붙이 하나만 있어도 세배는 강해진다는 거죠.

나이프 파이팅에서 힘겨루기 할라카면 영상처럼 살짝살짝 탈쳐서 궤적이 바뀌거나 순간 주춤하게 되서 순식간에 여러번 찔릴듯
크라브마가 비슷해보이는데 차이많나요 ?
저도 크라브마가를 배우는데 차이는 칼리는 무기먼저 배우고 맨손으로 하고 크라브마가는 맨손배우고 무기기술 배우는데 칼이나 스틱은 칼리가 더 섬세하고 디테일 하져 두개다 비슷해요
