How to manifest everything you desire read Love and Law by Ernest Holmes. If your life, health, finances, relationships etc are not what you want examine your predominant thoughts. If your predominant thoughts are inline with your current conditions start immediately to change your thoughts. Practice thinking on all that you desire. It's that simple.

Personally, I appreciate your skepticism, and I share it in many ways. I have asked myself very similar questions to the ones you raise here. There are ways around your objections, but they involve rather subtle considerations. Briefly, one can say that "mortal mind" or "the race mind" contains negative beliefs (notably, the apparent necessity of death) which influence us all, even those of us who have gone some distance on the spiritual path and understand that the Divine Mind creates no limitation. Thus, although complete freedom and immortality are the certain outcome for all of us--ultimately--for the time being, impersonal negative thought-influences are "in the air". Until the human race evolves much further, It would take an act of utter simplicity of faith--which doesn't question itself at all--in order to overcome (or sidestep) the appearance of death. It's this utter simplicity, which doesn't doubt itself at all, similar to the sheer innocent trust of a young child, which makes for "demonstrations" of the power of life over (not against) death, or health over apparent sickness, etc. I would also say that we are not limited by the limitations of anyone in the past, including Ernest. IOW just because Ernest died, doesn't mean that you or I necessarily will. Also, Ernest did survive his apparent death, and lives today (in the 'spirit plane", perhaps, but in some real sense he, and all human souls, live immortally). Death will cease when no one believes in it. If you want to discuss further, please reply here. As I said, I relate to your skeptical attitude and can "go there" with you, can entertain the possibility that your skepticism is "truer" than New Thought teaching. We all go sometime. Why be afraid? People make contracts before taking a physical body and can’t recall what that was.. if the law isn’t working for you then look at your thoughts and how many are negative in the day. You will always get what you believe in your heart. If you choose to change that belief then you’ll manifest that changed belief

I think it’s important to think on all aspects. Sure there are diseases etc.

This is judgemental. Don’t be quick to judge. Be a DOER of the word and then you will see how perfectly the law works
