it was a great night but also emotional as I kept remembering their 2017 appearance.. they looked amazing, sounded amazing, but most of all had the time of their lives with army (and really anyone else who also enjoyed both performances). They were nervous but still killed it. Congrats to BTS, well deserved as you earned every single award rightfully!

I remember when BTS performed in tee shirts because that's all they could afford. Other groups made fun of them because they didn't have the designer clothing. I remember When they all slept in one room or would fall asleep on the practice room floor because they were too tired after hours of practice to make it home. We have always said it's one step at a time. RM was right when he said, nobody would have seen BTS winning AOTY...except ARMY. Real living, breathing people, not bots, but living, breathing people who believe in the talent of BTS.
