I know someone who lost 150 pounds going for walks slowly transitioning into jogging. They also just controlled themselves by eating less. Something they said made a lot of sense " 20/30 pounds ok it's my thyroid, why I weigh this much is pure calorie intake and no movement". They were eating like 8,000 to 10,000 calories a day to maintain the weight. When they started cutting down food and then exercising they got pregnant and had a safe pregnancy. She says it's all portion control, movement and self worth She's happy and I really liked seeing her and her family become something we'd all hope for. It was really sweet. I said this somewhere else in the comments but it's true. Weight loss is a major factor. Diabetes is real and it's killing people daily.

I’m looking at fertility treatments for the future so I’m glad to see a bit of what I might go through. I don’t have pcos or overweight, but pregnancy has been a no go for me sadly.
Look for the CZcams channel Taylor R, she underwent fertility treatment and got pregnant through IVF. I believe she's in her third trimester now. She showed a lot of the process, explained it, and was very honest about her emotions throughout it all.
Not to be asking sensitive questions, do you have weight struggles like Whitney? Or just unexplained infertility? Try vitex, or chasteberry capsules. I know several different women either long time friends or family members that used these capsules and all three became pregnant the first or second month into taking them. If you haven't tried that..its worth a shot! If it's something you've already tried, I apologize for asking such personal questions.
