Jared, I grew up on banks of Mississippi and Duck can on shore of lake Pontchartrain in St Charles parish. At 68 now I have many memories of the dinners at the camp and catching fish and shrimp, frogs, crawfish in the spillway. Man what a culture. So thanks for brining me back to many of those memories. I am trying to pass culture to my grandson.

Only French bread here in Oregon but we have a cajun restaurant that ships in fresh crawfish every year for a great boil. I was born and raised in Lafayette and miss the food the most but should be. There in September for my nieces wedding and can get the great food there
