3. Introduction to Acoustics: Speed of Sound

This is a simple demonstration of the speed of sound in air.
Note that all of the acoustical effects that you hear in this video are actually happening because of the surroundings. No extra artificial effects were added.
I start by standing 1 m in front of the camera with the zoom set to 28 mm - we then changed to a 300 mm zoom.
The microphone pair was kept in the same configuration for the whole video (coincident supercardioids with an included angle of 90 degrees, placed just below the camera's lens - if you're interested). The gain of the microphones is the same throughout the entire video.
