Whitening teeth using LED blue light machines is very beneficial if a good quality machine is used. In fact it speeds up the whitening by at least 80%. Not all machines are created equal! The ammount of LED's in the machine itself determines it's value, but not it's price. Be careful! Make certain that the light purchased has a minimum of 6 LED's inside.
