Intention Setting Challenge

  • Let’s challenge ourselves this week to set a Daily Intention. “An intention is a positive and purposeful phrase that guides a person's day and helps them create the day they want to have.”
    Take a few mindful breaths before this practice, close your eyes, and set an intention for your day:
    - My intention for today is to practice patience.
    - My intention for today is to show up to the best of my ability- show up at work, show up for my partner, show up for my family.
    -My intention for today is to give my body what it needs: a rest, a workout, a stretch.

    Do this practice when you wake up!
