What I can't wrap my head around is how the 2nd girl learned about the crash 🤨. The first one was clearly the emergency contact and when they reach one, afaik they don't try a 2nd one 🧐. Oh well, script magic 😝.

@@NightwalkerStreet yea me too, but tbh I see why she did it and I would 100% take her back. We’ve barely known the new girl for 2 months whereas we had an entire life with the other girl. It just seems messed up and I wouldn’t have even left the first girl, let alone get with a new person.

I've never had a girlfriend and it is still a nightmare....
The girl who comes into the room is the real girlfriend assuming that she did learn of his condition when the first girl told her, and not beforehand, because a stranger would have no reason to pretend to be someone's girlfriend in front of their actual girlfriend if they did not know that person had suffered amnesia.
I thought as much. Glad somebody caught it, too :D

I really wasn’t expecting this to be so cinematic. Changing the scenery to a car during the flashback really added to the experience IMO. I think adding those little effects into your videos works so well during scene changes like that as it really allows you to get more “into it” for lack of a better word.

So yeah I just re-watched half of it and yeah so apparently I think the goth girl-black haired was the new girlfriend that the listener started dating and then while driving his car he got a call back from his ex which was the blonde hair girl so the first part was showing to listener possibly being a player but now after re-watching it it makes more context sense. So I rated it a 7.4 but now I’m going to rate it an 8.5 because the start of it seemed very drama-ish but yeah that’s all I Gotta say enjoy hope for more. 😉

This is spectacularly written. I think the amnesia is a very creative way to play with the fact that the listener is always a little unsure of who they are and how they got here. The flashback is also really well done and it helps to keep the listener actively engaged as the story develops. Love this so much.

Plot twist: the listener faked the amnesia just so this would happen!
The story was set up very well. The amnesia to keep us on edge, the whole not yet introducing the real girlfriend to the parents to keep from calling them for verification, the flashback, and the big reveal. Well done.

I knew it would be incredible but it was even better than I anticipated. The story was written so well and I could feel that slight unease right from the start, very immersive. Great performance from both as always, and I'm so glad you worked together. Please consider doing more at some point :).

Things like this is why I make an 'amnesia knowledge list' that I constantly keep updated and let my family know about so if/when this happens I don't have to slowly remember who I am but have a 'greatest hits' list. Still though, can't deny this was juicy and seeing two of my favorite ASMRtists collab is always a treat.

I loved every second of it and how the whole story turns out hearing both speakers sides of the story and the listener's slowly remembers the truth and who has cheated in the previous relationship. You have made such amazing script Storm, for which I am thankful for putting all of this hard work and love in each one of your videos. When Afterglow left the room and crying, I felt bad because I never want to see someone crying, I just want to give her a hug and calm her down.

@@messageinabottle-ASMR I guess I was right when I commented on the short you posted. Storm won't let *anyone* steal her partner (even if they are an amazing duo collab). Can we get a part 2? Especially with the more cinematic, story focused style with the different scenes I think it would work really well. They're out of the hospital and slowly getting their memory back so you're reminding them of all the things they've done together. Maybe with a comfort angle too where the listener is worried they'll never get all their memories back or that they won't be the person they were before.
Maybe I'm off base here but I feel like there's some potential, especially with this new style you've been doing (which has been fantastic). I'm always down for a part 2 for any of your characters and story lines. They're so well done and feel so compelling! Keep up the amazing work Storm, I'm glad your channel has been getting the attention it deserves :)
