How to Make Balloons Cloud

In this DIY video: Big Balloon Cloud, you will learn how to make ballad cloud that can be placed the clouds on the wall, ceiling or floor, for party decoration and events.
For each big balloon cloud I used these measurements:
2 balloons from 5"inflated to 5"
8 balloons from 5"inflated to 4"
8 balloons from 5"inflated to 5"
8 balloons from 9"inflated to 6"
8 balloons from 9"inflated to 7"
8 balloons from 9"inflated to 8"
Totalling 38 balloons for each balloon cloud, of which:
18 balloons out of 5"
20 balloon of 9""
