CVE-2023-38433 - Fujitsu IP series Web UI vulnerability

There is a vulnerability in Fujitsu IP series Web UI. This vulnerability could allow a remote attacker to initialize or restart the devices and stop encoding/decoding video. Installing devices in a secure network can prevent this vulnerability.
