what helped learn how to Ollie at high speeds was learning how to brake with my tail by dragging it on the ground so i got used to my tail hitting the ground while keeping my weight over the board because you'll slip out if you lean back. the problem most people have when learning to Ollie while moving is keeping their weight over the board. if you pay attention she kept leaning back in the beginning. when she finally Ollied the obsticals, notice how her weight was over the board. now to learn to commit so you don't step off the board immediately after you Ollie, ollie without moving but with your eyes closed. if you can do it that means you have the muscle memory down and you can definitely do it. (id only do this for Ollie, don't kickflip with your eyes closed, get a shinner, and come her to yell at me haha)

Aaron RIO yeah most of the time i just use my shoe and drags the bottom on the ground or i power slide

Trust me she is NO where as hurt as she makes it out to be. She does this constantly. It's actually one of her vlog themes. If her ACL were tore, she wouldn't be out skating. I'm not hating, you'd have to know her videos well to see. It's super cringe worthy too.

Trying to get a revive deck next paycheck so I can go out and skate with my couple of friends that still skate.. Thing is I used to skate a tiny bit and was in this process but gave it up due to bad Wal-Mart boards and the lost of interest when friends moved away.. But now they are back and we are all chilling again and they have and also your channel..has brought the fire back inside me to try to learn again n not give up this time.. I'm 28 and need a good hobby and something I can progress at and be happy about and also be a good way to get out the house and have a good work out and not be lazy.. I Just got a skateboard again,
This was where I got stuck before because it's a tough step.
I also snowboard and it's super weird not being connected to it and having your feet move on the board itself.

today i had my best day and the worst day ever. i landed my first kickflip and after that i broke my ankle on a lip slide. but u guys still cheer me up and i surely will still stay skateboarding
Feel ya. About an hour after this I rolled my ankle on a different trick and can't walk right now. :/ Everything heals eventually!

I just started at age 32. My ollie stationary is getting good height but when i try rolling my height is so much lower. It's definitely the fear factor preventing me from bringing my knees up and holding my front foot up long enough to get the height. I just read somewhere that I need to get to a point where i can ollie stationary with my eyes closed and make it like second nature - then put this into rolling ollies. Going to try it once it stops raining!!!
