Been watching AIB since I was 18 fresh out of house in engineering college.. now I am 27 and these videos still make me smile whenever I watch it. I "successfully" completed engineering.. was working at one of the BIG MNC.. now working in US for the past 2 years... I still feel I should have dropped out of college to pursue direction, cinematography and acting! Kudos to those who dared to do it and have come this far in achieving their dreams!

You have to imagine yourself 10 years down the line... you have to imagine your profession... you have to think about whether you will be liking your profession or not, before going for engineering... If you are not competent enough then don't go for it, I mean don't go for the *non* CS IT branches... Competition for getting a good job over there is really high... you have no career over there you will just waste 4 years of your life..

I was giving an Interview related to Design Engineer Post, (I was a Fresher) and they literally give me there Company Industrial Blue Print to Model it.
90 Percent of this Blue-Print was totally there Industry Code Language, I only Designed remaining 10 Percent of their Parts.

As an ex-IITian from a non-prestigious school, I have to say, you have to put a lot of effort, but it is definitely possible to balance academic curriculum and extra-curriculars in college and emerge as a well-rounded person. This was funny back when I was in 11th grade, now in my 6th sem of engineering it’s kinda dark and depressing. It was only because of covid and lockdown that I could survive this cruel environment, I was mentally and physically exhausted by the end of first year, life sucked pretty bad at that moment, it was just 9-5 college assignments and projects, while my friends from other courses where having the time of their lives. All of this bs for what, a stupid 9-5 job in tcs for 20-25k a month, can’t even pay rent with that amount. Out of the 30 subjects I studied so far, hardly 5-10 have been of actual use for my career. Yesterday we had a placement orientation since we were approaching the end of 6 sem. The placement officer literally told one of my classmates that the assignment sheets he was completing was of no use and no company wants a typewriter. He dropped a lot of truth bombs yesterday and it would have been so better if he told us during the beginning of first year.

I never watched this but now that I've watched this made me remember my college days. PS: I'm a college dropout. I've never felt so calmed after failing out of college ever, feels weird and sounds sad but feels good.

Hands down the best work from AIB writers so far. the minute details which you showed in a humorous way was absolutely amazing. The monologue was giving me goosebumps. depicted to the perfection.
They have really refined the writing style of these skits.
