Nutella Rolls Recipe

Dough Preparation
flour 500 g
instant Yeast 6 g
sugar 60 g
milk powder 30 g
egg 1
milk 270 ml
knead the dough for 10 min
add butter 50 g + salt 4 g
knead the dough for 3 min
rest the dough for 60 min
separate the dough into 12 pieces ,make balls , cover the dough , rest the dough for 15 min
make the rolls
rest the dough for 60 min
blush with eggs
Bake in preheated oven 200 C for 25-30 min
depends on the oven
