Sneak attack is 100 needed as the acrimony along with the attack buff it gives are essentially a free boost that stacks with regular attack buff to make bone crash hit way harder. Your skills for rotation are wrong you should be able to do 1 full skill rotation with bone crash included every time. Your skill rotation should be made to always have a skill up to keep the 5 stack active to use bone crash as soon as it’s cd is done. The way you have it if you miss just 1 skill you lose all your stacks due to cool downs.
