Cherry is newcomer still in Finland for cold winters. Appletrees blossoming has been and still is the wow thing :)

Apple trees blossoming? That actually is a new thing for me. Gotta look for them at some point!

You might want to consider taking the metro to Roihuvuori (Siilitie) and visit the kirsikkapuisto in there. It's a bit of a walk away from the metro station but I hear it's fantastic.

I would say that for most people in Espoo, the favorite spot is their own garden and own cherry tree. Some parts of Espoo have been spoiled by too dense housing or blocks of flats, but there still is plenty of homes with their own gardens and also cherry trees though apple trees are more common.
