    Situation - Describe the situation clearly.
    Action - What action was taken?
    Result - What was the result?
    Include what you learned.
    What you did right.
    What you changed due to the action taken.
    Anything else you want to add, but be careful.

    TMAAT that you had an emergency.
    Would it be better for the Capt. to be the Pilot Monitoring or Pilot Flying?
    TMAAT that you overcame a difficult situation using CRM?

    Great video. But how to answer if we didn’t face emergency, as most of us are fresh pilots?

      Thanks. I would suggest you discuss an abnormal situation you have encountered in the airplane. If you don't haven an example use one from your personal life.

    thats idiotic way of doing interviews, could fly for thousands of hours and not have any emergencies, depends how lucky you are with that

      People have many experiences in life. The TMAAT questions can include past experiences and other jobs or life in general.

      Ya, its all a game. They want to dangle the carrots and watch you run for it. The fact people need interview preps and gouges because going in as just yourself with honesty, you won't make it. The whole industry really annoys me. Its a very fake process.

      Doesn’t have to be an emergency or a crash. Could be a time when you came across something that you weren’t sure how to handle, and used your resources to go through the SAR process.
