Nice work! I find movie cars (particularly F&F cars) to be tough to research. There are so many replicas, plus there were different cars (Hero, stunt 1, Rig etc) that trying to make the "Accurate" movie car is basically impossible outside of what is seen on the screen.
I always assumed this was supposed to be an AWD GSX in the film even though the car was a FWD GST. But who knows. You went the right route of building is as you did. No point sweating over the little stuff. Build came out great.
Love this build. I have very fond memories of the first F&F and the cats from that film. You did a great job with this one, especially going back and adjusting the interior with all the right details like the two nos bottles and metal floor plates. Thanks for this series!
Love seeing the F&F cars. Definitely rooting for more to come. Keep up the outstanding work Tom
Suas miniaturas são incríveis, 100% fiel a saga velozes e furiosos o que torna mais incrível!
Love your builds Tom, snarky comments and all!! 😉😆
Came out great
I don’t care what the haters might say, you always do an amazing job of building models! I’ve been in and out of building models, since I was a kid in the early seventies, and I’m always intrigued to watch how you build! I still can’t build as well as you do, but I’ve learned a lot from what you do! Keep it up!!!
You did a great job on this build and finally finished it ;D
The tip with the clear on the transparent parts is gold, didn't know that.
Happy 14th anniversary channel, The Scalemodeling Channel!!
🇳🇱🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you.
But they channel is only 10 years and a couple months old😅
Jan 10th 2010 was just the creation of the account
Very nice build. You did a great job with the detail on the model. Thanks for sharing.
That's awesome Tom, finish is amazing and super nice F&F collection too. Well done.
Beautiful work. Looks like you did a great job making it look like the movie car!! This was really fun to follow along with.
Very nice build! Yes please do more Fast and Furious car like Evo from 2 Fast and Letty 240.
Nice build. More please.
Bro, nice job, congrats... can you do the Brian's Evo VII?
Looking forward to the next project 😃
Hi Tom great build would like to see more of the cars from ff .cheers
looks great!
Enjoyed the video. Being not a "car guy" (though I do build 1:8 diecast models) if you hadn't mentioned the screen accurate differences, I wouldn't have known. Excellent job as always. In terms of the "snarky comments" - frankly that went past me. Well done! 👍
Ah man, I love that. Good job 👍
Really cool 🚗
Im pretty sure the one in the movie was a RS (FWD) and not a GSX (AWD)
You are indeed correct. The kit is a GSX(which is incorrect) and way to much work to change to an RS
❤
for the "wrong" Car look it really great
Nice, the eclipse bulit is done and just like movie we fall back in love with this one as for future fast and furious bulit i hoping someday it's tokyo drift evo 9 or fast 5 porsche 911 gt2 rs are my picks anyway thanks for your work tom and have a nice day bye now.
There was actually a kit from AMT of that car.....very rare though, never saw it in person.
@davegoose oh, that knock-off it claims to be evo 9 model kit is super lame but completely awful looking, zero accuracy towards car it's base on at the time ( p.s. for some odd reason the cast they used to do body made it look like hot wheels car then real one 😠😠.) Has no redeeming quality in being built and the worst part is the tokyo drift 350z kit is just as horrible as evo 9 but got re released a few years ago with supra, eclipse which b.t.w good kits to build but if you want more accurate scale movie cars builds then look at tamiya for supra, rx-7, revell on eclipse, charger, challenger, road runner, fujim on evo 7 and 9 as other cars that were shown throughout the franchise can be found unless you watch this channel for say heists civic, jessie's jetta, dk's 350z ( the true version of his car) so are you shocked by how much info i gave well then hope this cover anything and have a nice day bye now.
Finally😀
Yeah, 2 months ago XD
@@TheScalemodelingChannel 😁
You forgot to tell the naysayers to get 200k subs on their channel too when they build a correct engine series build! Lol
Fun fact, the actual car used in the movie wasn't even turbo charged. So this model kit is way better than the real car, being turbo AND all wheel drive. Follow Grieg Leberman for anything you want to know about fast and furious cars on CZcams.
*Craig Lieberman. You were close, lol!! He was the Technical Advisor on the first two movies, and was responsible for sourcing the cars used. : )
Are you selling? I wanna buy
I’m not
Yo bro do you sell this model?
No bro

the snarky commentary around the 2:00 mark, not a good look chief
Sorry chief, can’t please everyone i’m afraid. Funny thing is, everyone else in the comment section can post as many snarky comments as they want. But somehow i’m the bad guy when i do some preventative snarky commentary.
I just can’t win, can i
