- In this video I will review the Johnny Glocks custom trigger kit (Next Generation Trigger Kit) as installed in a G17 and G19. I will show the weight, pre-travel, break, reset and discuss safety and overall feel.

Looking for an RTF G17 right now.
Although my MR920 has a good trigger outta the box after 200 plus rounds. I don’t own any Glocks and wanted to try a Johnny Glock trigger. Dude was super nice and shared a video with me showing his trigger working in a shadow systems gun. So I dropped $290 on the combat trigger and flat shoe. Hopefully it’s great; I’m sure if I owed a stock Glock the results would be far impressive but I still have high hopes.

Are those the combat or competitive triggers, and did you change out all the springs too?
As is said here, there are plenty of good triggers on the market - some are really good - but what Johnny does to a trigger in a Glock weapon is just different. First of all it is safe - as safe or more so - because that is what Johnny is about. But it is also as close to the feel of a 1911 sear as a striker fire gun can be. The other part of what Johnny does is service. You are not just buying a trigger. Johnny will personally provide whatever follow-up support is necessary. I am so spoiled by his triggers that I think I am going to have to put one in my new Glock 44 (.22 lr).

I’m getting ready to order two from him. Looking for light pull . I shoot off the reset in competition and just range shooting. I was going to get a combat and competition versions. Thoughts?
