I love McLaughlin’s compositions and the way she plays them. I’ve made twin guitar arrangements of a few of her songs. They create a place of peace for me. I record a “left hand” and play along with a right-hand melody. The piano versions, of course, will always be the more beautiful. So. . . I’m on the mailing list and it’s an exciting time when a new CD drops! This song and the excellent video are wonderful. The arpeggio went to unexpected places and then I got lost in the lantern images and forgot to pay attention! Rewind. Must watch again and take notes!
