Nya's charge for chemical warfare... she should be lucky none of them, especially her brother pressed charges.

The property damage charge for the scene with the mini Stone Warriors very likely doesn't count. The Curator, or at the very least a museum staff of some importance asked for the Ninja specifically to help deal with the problem and even asked them to try and contain things to the gift shop. While the outcome certainly isn't ideal, they were all called in willingly by the museum and even given tentative allowance to go wild with it as long as they tried to contain the fighting to the one room. Unless the entire museum staff felt like changing their minds and raising a fuss over it all at once the moment the Overlord was "dealt" with, no charges could be levied there frankly.
And they say they shouldn't be in jail... 😅 unfortunately thanks to Lloyd's oni heritage he will be able to actually go to prison for those life imprisonments and 91 years...
