God Bless you Mr.Shekhar Bhayee for highlighting the issue.Authorities and Traffic Cell should compusarily continue Traffic Drive against Drunken Driving continuesly throughout the year.Traffic Police to be provided ample quantity of Proper Alcohol Testing Meter.There Driving licence to be suspended atleast for 6 months for Drunken Driving.So also their Vehicle to be attach atleast for 1 month with heavy fine .Then only they will develop fear in the mind of such Riders and Drivers who are Driving and Riding their Vehicles.So also Some vehicles are seen on Road without having Number plate.In such cases vehicles wel as Rider or Driver to be attached and detain since it is a serious violation of MVR.Attending Mobile fone while Driving or Riding should compusarily be banned.
