The engineers got almost everything right with those designs. Train tracks are often damaged during a derailment. Not these!
That bridge and pole were in a lot of accidents, but they didn't sustain any damage either! I find that very impressive.

The poles in the middle of the road are actually common in my country, especially in widened main roads. Basically the government proceeds with the widening whether there are old electric poles on the way. They can't move the poles themselves because the electric company owns them, which are private.
It could take months or even years for the electric company to move the poles to the side or replace them with new ones.

Where it's not the fault of the bridge constructors for not lining up the two halves of their bridge correctly, but the fault of the Tesla autopilot which did not account for it.
