We all know the rest of the bodycam footage is worse. Plus she still has a lawsuit, you can't stop the person in your custody from getting needed medical care. And what happened to her attacker?

I was in court in Alameda County 1/4/2024 and the Judge hit the panic buttons as if she was in danger,. I was approach by seven Alameda County deputies who was aggressive if it was not for my daughter start asking deputies for badge numbers they had every intention of causing harm to me. I went back to court for false allegation was never charge for any crime and a deputy came out of the court next door to intimidate me I file a complaint with sheiff department.

When you give so much power to the criminals, the Oakland happens.

This is insane in California dude. What is the purpose of even being a cop. All law enforcement should up and leave California in every town. How can you enforce law and order with this fear constantly?

Any community is only as "corrupt" as its law enforcement allows it to be! Government agencies, militaries and law enforcement worldwide, control and protect gangs and crime rings worldwide... that's why they are so hierarchical with chains of command and delegations of authorities! The "war on drugs" is just another means of consolidating power and control and it's all hierarchical just like always. The world order has long existed! The "separation of powers" is working against us and not for us.... as it is said to be so, though it is truly not.
Deliberate attacks on civilians constitutes war crimes as defined by the #GenevaConvention!
Officers regularly claim to "defend" themselves against the citizens they are sworn to protect...
How does a civilian defend themselves against the assaults of a police officer without being brutalized or killed, and or lied about and criminalized? Only cops can defend themselves? Why the double standards all across the world? Officers have rights and civilians don't! Welcome to the Fascist World Order! Smile and say cheese for the gestapo, "you're on candid camera!"
"Although Congress instructed the Attorney General in 1994 to compile and publish annual statistics on police use of excessive force, this was never carried out, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation does not collect these data."
What if, these data and or statistics are intentionally not provided as to obstruct justice and or accountability?
Thousands of extrajudicial killings by law enforcement every decade in the U.S. equate to genocidal war crimes against the American civilian populous and all of humanity. #InternationalCriminalCourt
Public executions happen on a daily basis by law enforcement around the world that is how they control us with terror and fear... especially in usa where officers regularly perform extrajudicial killings that equate to genocide throughout the generations. racism is systemic and it is worldwide.
We need 24/7 audio/visual cloud recordings and live feeds of all officers on duty, available for broad oversight, including the public! We the People need new international conventions and treatises and broad oversight to establish and insure equal rights and protections for ALL from tyrannies of majorities and or authorities around the world.
naapb.org National Association Against Police Brutality (policing reformation demands could be applied internationally)
#intelligenceagencies and #militaries Worldwide should come together for a reformation of all systems and attempt to create world peace. ☮ We can all keep our flags still. 😉💛
We obviously can't do anything about it from the bottom up and our generations of protests seem to get us nowhere. "There is a time for diplomacy and there is a time for action!" Some people only understand some pretty messed up stuff and it's sad to see.
I'm starting to think we need military teams that sit bad officers down and set them straight. These are the rules of engagement kind of thing. If they are suspected of corruption, interrogate and prosecute them like the domestic terrorists they are.
Police have become public executioners performing extrajudicial killings and capital punishment! Always attempting to control the civilian populous through fear just like a terrorist network! The thin blue mafia! Talk about privilege! They should be tried in #internationalcriminalcourts for their crimes against humanity!
Save Humanity! Help The People Reestablish Truth, Justice, Peace and Tranquility!
The police/surveillance states' wars against the civilian populous' must be stopped! End extrajudicial killings by police around the World and hold authorities accountable everywhere. Stop the double standards. End qualified immunities. End the "war on drugs." Stop criminalizing your own populous'. Bail and or bond is ransom and or extortion. Stop allowing authorities to behave criminally.
How can we ever mend the public relationship with police if they themselves and their sympathizers are in complete denial that a problem even exists? How can we move forward into the future together hand in hand when so many are still in denial?
Police departments everywhere are now denying what is already common knowledge, claiming they have no, "quotas" and refer to them as productivity goals, expectations or anything other than quotas. I once spoke with Officer Brandon Wilkins of the Merced Police Department, who denied that he had to meet any such "quotas" and even acted like I was dumb for asking. Only thing is, the same officer told someone else in our community, my mother-in-law, that he had been reprimanded for not making enough arrests and giving enough tickets and that was before I had ever even spoke with him!
Officers should not have to meet any specified number amount of arrests, charges or citations. They should be encouraged to make every attempt at peaceful resolutions that don't harm citizens and communities financially, economically, physically, mentally, emotionally, etc. Officers should be encouraged to keep arrests, charges and citations at a minimum as to strengthen communities instead of weakening them with these types of harmful tactics and or strategies.
Deescalate hate, don't Violate... Give warnings, inform and actually help and assist the public to know the laws and be aware of them for their safety. Officers shouldn't want to see these things happening to citizens. Let's downsize the prison systems and stop trying to make anyone and everyone out to be a criminal for your job security.
We all have to use discretion wisely as not to become the aggressors. Officers should only ever use the amount of force that is necessary and only when it is absolutely necessary, as to create and or maintain a safe and sound environment for the public. I see too many overzealous "supercops," assaulting civilians over petty b.s. and it needs to stop! "Cops need to calm their sh!t," and especially stop killing unarmed, noncombatant citizens!
It takes respect to get respect and officers have had nearly no respect for the civilian/citizen populous for far too long...
"Breaking Of the Yoke... Repudiation of Authority" Much of the bible was written by those incarcerated for following Christ. Capital punishment was enacted upon Christ by Roman towns soldiers, the equivalent of today's police, under the authority of Pontius Pilate and by the demands of the manipulated masses, probably for accusing the “Money Masters” of fraud and usury.
I wrote this around May 2016 while I was incarcerated and decided to share it here with you all, as it is highly relevant today.

If the footage released from your officer's body cam doesn't tell the "whole story," then release the footage that tells the "whole story." I am certain, providing solid proof of false allegations from us citizens was one of the reasons cops were given body cameras

All of that is completely irrelevant to this case. This is about a women was who assaulted while sitting in court then assaulted multiple times in court and then again in the hands of the law when she was innocent. Use the common sense you have and stay on topic.
