In the beginning their products price as per quality was genuine; customer service was on #TopClass. But.....

Yes mene abhi d mart se 10000 ka saman kharida....but mapro air mala ka drinks aur myo ka 1 kg packet aur almond aur kaju aur dates muje bahar bazarse jyada mehga mila aur vo same packets me tha.....esa bigbazarme kkabhi experience nhi mila.....aur besanki quality 3rd clas he dmartme..

I have been in Market Research based at Delhi for 14 years.
There are two major mistakes Indian business groups do and do it regularly:
1. Surrounded and depended on unprofessionals.
2. No having world class Market Research.
Even Tata does these mistakes!
Big Bazar has become too big, too soon and not quick enough to change with the times. Bayani just needs young guys to take over. Online is the future now in India.

जहाँ तक मैने बिग बाजार के डूबने का कारण समझा है वो यह कि बिग बाजार के कर्मचारियों रोजाना सेल और प्राफिट कार्ड बनाने का टारगेट दिया जाता था और टारगेट को पूरा करने के लिए बिग बाजार के कर्मचारियों ने छोटे छोटे व्यापारियों को आफर का माल बेचा और कर्मचारियों ने व्यापारियों से कमीशन भी लिया और अभी भी वो कर्मचारी कार्यरत हैं ऐसे कर्मचारियों को रिलायन्स फायर नहीं करेगा तो रिलायन्स का डूबना भी तय है।

Bhai aap ek baat miss kar rahe ho- existing investment se attachment. Har businessman apni existing investment ko maximum use karna chahta hai. Aur itne bade scale ka business raaton raat pivot nahi ho sakta. Kishor Biyaani bhi apna offline ka successful model Jada se jada bacha ke rakh rahe the. Unke liye offline ko ekdum se abandon karna possible hi nahi tha, aur consumer pattern to 1 - 2 saal mein itna badal gaya ke wo compete nahi kar paaye. Over ambition aur repetitive mistakes to thi, lekin existing business ko revive karke rakhne ka ek natural choice bhi tha. That's why all those acquisitions.
I am not agree, still offline business and purchasing are in demand. The only factor I understand that is debt , or else how Dmart, Reliance, Spar are still doing good? You can not underestimate offline purchasing. For grocery item I always prefer offline because one of real problem with online is quantity , you will be forced to purchased big quantity for any item while in offline you can think, its depend on you . you can purchase 100 gm to 100KG (Not applied on cloth ).
What about our Future pay wallet....and how redem vouchers of Big bazar. Which I bought from paytm
