    In my head, there are 3 beauty educators who stand out amongst all the rest on YT. In order of appearance:
    1. Wayne Goss;
    2. Aly Art;
    3. Alexandra Anele.
    These 3 content creators are true artists. They realize there is genuine beauty in everyone, and they know how to use shade & light to bring out your best features. They teach you how to apply your makeup so you feel beautiful & radiant in your skin.
    I am so grateful for these artists, they have shared so many game changing tips with me, which I in turn have shared with all my friends!
    I'm in my 30s but the older ladies in my church group always come to me with their makeup questions, and I love to help them. Thank you for putting these all together💞. I have very hooded eyes, I think, due to my connective tissue disorder. I've been practicing eyeshadow placement my entire life, and I'll be 50 this fall. I do have 2 tips for the tennis elbow: if you can find it there in the UK, Biofreeze in the roll on applicator. It's like icy hot without the intense hot. Also, get an inexpensive Tens unit from Amazon. I got mine for less than 20$ usd. Use the Biofreeze for pain, and the Tens unit twice a day for at least 20 minutes each time, switching up the settings(it should have at least 5-10 different "message" styles to choose from). This will help heal the nerves, tendons, ligaments, and muscles in the elbow, and the Biofreeze will help with inflammation and pain.

    Hi Wayne! Regarding your arm pain, I learned the following trick years ago in occupational therapy, after tearing a tendon in my upper arm trying to move a heavy piece of furniture I had no business lifting in the first place:
    Never lift “palm down.”
    Always lift “palm UP.”
    When you lift something with your palm(s) facing downward, you’re engaging the delicate muscles on the outside of your forearm, from your wrist to your elbow. This gives you very limited strength and far greater likelihood of straining or tearing the fine motor muscles and tendons that attach the top of your hand/wrist to your elbow.
    But, when you lift something with your palm(s) facing UP, you’re engaging the larger, more robust muscles on the inside of your forearm PLUS the muscles in your upper arm. This gives you much more strength and far less likelihood of tearing a muscle or tendon.
    I adore you and appreciate your videos!

    Wayne, you're amazing!!! I have extremely hooded and downturned eyes with epicanthic folds and I have always been afraid to do eyeshadow because it always ends up looking weird but after watching a ton of your eyeshadow videos and practicing I can now finally do proper eye makeup so thank you so much!!

    You have my sympathy, I had an injection in my tennis elbow (that's when I discovered I can swear in at least 4 languages) and had months of physio, it's a lot better but never really goes away 🤨

    • @Inetuke26
      @Inetuke26 Před 4 lety +8

      Tennis elbow very often happens due to overuse, inflammation or some kind of muscular imbalance. Professional advice: try checking out some ig accounts of doctors/well educated professionals (not just regular trainers who lack knowledge in anatomy and biomechanics). I follow dr.samspinelli, theptinitiative, dr.surdykapt, strengthcoachtherapy, wesleywang.dpt. Hope it helps!

      I know this is old. But did your tennis elbow ever go away? Because I supposedly had tennis elbow- multiple doctors told me that I did. I work at a medical facility and even got injections to try and make it go away. I had it for a year straight and couldn’t bend my elbow at some points- at all. Anyways- I finally saw a rheumatologist and was diagnosed with Lupus. Now I take meds daily and it’s finally gone away- the tennis elbow that is. That was my only ever symptom of Lupus.

      maybe try using a small, pointed brush to place a thin line of shadow under the eye. I find that when I apply a thick line under my eyes, it looks weird

    • @theresas2520

      I also look like a panda...I used an angled flat pretty firm brow brush that way it is drawn on thin like liner. Then I take a pencil brush to smudge & blend it. I promise it will work much better.
